Wow .... reading all these remarks, I dread my very first flight with them, coming up on 14/12.
I ignorantly booked a flight a year ago with FB miles and after a few schedule changes was able to push out to next week.
When using FB miles, the whole booking/changing process is frustrating in itself.
I've flown them many times and always had a good experience - except for the bag issue last time. I wouldn't worry about it.
