Have done a few flights in row 30 recently. 30A and 30L have decent legroom and the advantage of the window to lean against. 30D or 30F would probably be my choice, since the leg room seems meaningfully better, maybe even better than in Premium Plus non-bulkhead.
30C and 30J are probably more exposed than 30D and 30F, but exposure = decent legroom.
Indeed, I'd go so far as to say that row 30 offers some of the best E+ seating on any United widebody, better than the bulkhead row on the 777-200. One more reason to book onto the Dreamliner if you can.
