I’m also Diamond Amb. I booked two rooms in Sept, one suite and a basic essential and that is exactly what I received. I didn’t feel like going back and forth with the not so friendly front desk. I was semi satisfied with the fact both rooms were next to each other. The stay was very “meh”.
