Interesting data points on RUC upgrade priority. Given how often these instruments are applied incorrectly makes me wonder how often that impacts those using them.

If it is all based on time, then that makes me feel good about applying 4 RUC’s for a flight next zero for the family to Hawaii. But makes me wonder if it’s better to split all of our PNR’s and the ally the RUC’s? Say only space opens for 2 spots but there are three using a RUC on a PNR, does that mean the thee are skipped? Maybe not auto but what if #4 calls in seeing on EF availability?
