I don't get notifications about all changes. Its barely over 50%... or sometimes I've received a notice a couple weeks after the change. Normally I watch my itineraries like a hawk especially on 'schedule change saturday' but if I'm busy traveling especially for an intl work trip, I'm not looking at my other future flights beyond my return flights home... so things can get overlooked.
