A question about what fare class economy segments are on a Premium Economy ticket

Looking at travel to Quito, Ecuador from St. John's and Aeroplan seems to have some decent options. Premium Economy is not that many more points. If I book in that, what fare level are my domestic flights in? I'm wondering about how many points I'd need to upgrade the domestic segments
