I was told it's the same number, just different security code and expiration date. The Ritz card showed up in my Chase app and I was able to add it to my Google Pay and Samsung Pay wallets through the Chase app. I haven't made any purchases yet, so can't confirm that you can use it 100% without receiving the new card. The rep did say they use expedited shipping and should receive the new card in 1-2 business days.
