I just got a response from Chase saying that my Travel Together voucher was issued to my BA account. The voucher number does appear in EC account however the tab to click on and book with the voucher is missing. I will have to contact BA again and try to have this fixed so I can book online. At least I have the voucher number and hopefully the issue will be fixed soon.
