Got it - so you have to order one of those set menus? Makes sense - think the Ritz has a few set menus and then a few ala carte options that you can do instead. A bit pricey at face value but it's in line with what I expected them to charge and suppose a good hybrid between a standard Orientale dinner and private dining in terms of experience and price.
