Staying over Christmas and just received the following update on the lounge situation:

As we are anticipating your arrival to our resort, we wish to inform you regarding an update to the standard arrival experience. Due to the last minute relocation of flight services to a new seaplane terminal, the Maldives Airports Company Limited (MACL) has stopped all services from the current terminal which includes The Great Room, our dedicated airport lounge. We are however delighted to inform you that we will offer equal comfort at the Business Lounge of MACL, VILU, as we continuously strive to provide seamless service to our valued guests.​​​​​​​
