On boarding we were informed that the H30 is a staff only service and the bus left empty. According to Diamond's website this is a brand new bus service from December 1 and it seems clear that this is meant to be a public service.
I wonder if it used to be run as staff only and drivers are not fully aware that it is now a public service?
