Well, we duly arrived at Stop 12, along with another passenger, planning to get the H30. Bus arrived on time and was empty. On boarding we were informed that the H30 is a staff only service and the bus left empty. This is bizarre as there was no mention of this on the Diamond Bus web site or on the timetable itself at the airport. We found the service through the TfL web site (see earlier posting with screenshot) thus not clear why Transport for London is displaying this service? Fortunately the taxi rank was opposite and we shared a cab with the other passenger waiting for the H30, fare was £26 for all of us.
