I took the 25k sloppy seconds at the beginning of '04; right now I have 104,000 EQMs, but really only 104-25 = 79,000 BIS. If I fly an extra 21k, which will get me to 125k EQMs, will I get the extra 2 SWUs?
It didn't for me. Same boat. Because the 25k carry over is not BIS. BIS means Butt In Seat.
