Flying an award ticket in F (well, domestic F seats) FWIW. Just carry-on bags.

I'm wondering about the Hyatt Regency versus the Grand Hyatt, in terms of convenience regarding our inbound and especially outbound flights.

Flying to BZE on AA, would anyone know whether we would be departing out of Terminal D, where I believe the GH is located? I realize that the HR is less expensive in terms of points or $$, and that it isn't much more difficult to access (through the parking garage) from inside the ariport. But since this is our first international trip since Covid, I'd like the trip to go as smoothly as possible. Also, I believe that Terminal D has the Amex Centurion lounge, which we'd probably access for breakfast since my Globalist status would have ended by ent.

As for the room/service itself, I realize that the GH is nicer, but for a pretty short overnight stay that's not so crucial. It's more whether there's much of a convenience difference between the two properties in view of our itinerary.

Thanks for any advice.
It would be reasonable to bet that DFW-BZE would fly out of Terminal D, like most recent flights on that route. I would also note that there are a smattering of data points that have the flight flying out of Terminal C.

I will let others address the GH versus the HR, but I just wanted to bring your attention to your plan to eat breakfast at the Centurion Lounge. Complimentary guest access will end 2023 February 01, so unless you each have an eligible card or you spent $75K this year, you might need to make alternate arrangements. Capital One has a newish lounge in Terminal D that I have not yet had a chance to visit, and of course there is The Club, but I would not expect a breakfast of consequence there.
