I worded the request similarly with exact date, times, and flight numbers. In the subject line I referenced EC 261.
You did get a confirmation of your inquiry from UA correct? If so, Hang in there you’ll get the compensation that your entitled to. Either an offer in euros or a more favorably priced ETC. Please keep us updated when things settle up. I wouldn’t write anybody any longer at this point. Wait until the new year, you’ll hear by then
