My flights were MUC-ORD-IND. The flight from MUC departed over 3 hours late. I missed my originally booked connecting flight, and United rebooked me while I was in flight to ORD.
I arrived at IND 4 hours and 15 minutes after my originally scheduled arrival.
I worded the request similarly with exact date, times, and flight numbers. In the subject line I referenced EC 261.
