Got the email, same as everyone, super disappointed in the event. Here's my response in the freeform section lol
Most of the presentation is wasted time. As frequent flyers, we already know about things (e.g. one world). The other information could have been made as blog posts or email newsletters
The real "meat" of the Flyer Forum is to hear the execs answer our questions. And they only answered like five. And those were softball questions. And we got generic answers.
This forum would have been 99999999% more effective if it literally was just the execs answering as many of the 8000 questions as possible
