not correct, maybe think about E+ access fee.
If you purchase an E+ access fee, that would be refunded as mention in the T&Cs.
But upgrade fees are non-refundable and no mention in T&Cs about a refund if you upgrade again.
It is not clear if the offer you get for Polaris is different or not, if you upgrade to PremPuls
