Would booking signature service for IAH allow me to get a tarmac transfer if my inbound is running late? Do those even still exist for GS, etc? That would be the only reason I'd consider booking signature service, because I think I could run through the airport faster than a cart could take me and I already know IAH pretty well.
Do they offer Signature Service at IAH? It's not on the list of airports serviced that I've reviewed. That being said, call them. Or call Global Airport Concierge, who actually handles this for United, and see what they can do. I've used Delta's version of this a few times for tight connections and they've provided the Porsche transfer.
