Agreed. That is the problem with Westjet - they are inconsistent. Their FF program sucks, lack of global alliance, and their business class product is meh.

Westjet has tried various initiatives in the past and then cancelled them outright. Will Westjet increase frequencies at YYC then drop them a couple years later? As a loyal AC customer, I didn't really care. Now, all my hopes rest with Westjet... What have we come to?
