Hello. Can anybody please help?
I am currently BA Gold. However on my BAEC account all upcoming bookings have switched expected Avios earnt levels from Gold to Blue Levels.
For example BA LHR-DUB has gone from expected 625 Avios to 125 Avios.
My expiry of Gold status is 30-APR-22 and all these flights are before that.
Another example is my BA DUB-LHR-LAX-LHR-DUB has gone from 29,500 Avios to 19,500 Avios.
Computer error?
