Has anybody had this issue? Last month, I booked airfare and a rental car through Chase's travel portal and using my Sapphire card and zero points redeemed. I've been given the 2x points for "Chase Travel," but the extra 3x points for "Travel booked through Chase" remains at zero awarded.

One of the reasons I chose this card was due to the advertised "5x points on travel purchased through Chase."
