Oof, that's frustrating. However, I'm confused. I'm looking at Expertflyer's seat map for today's TLV-MAD flight 3317. First off, it's strange that it still lets me see the seat map for a past flight (I've seen most airlines lock this up once the flight is boarding). Second, it shows the full business class layout (see screenshot). Tomorrow's flight shows the same, but yesterday's flight and this Friday's flight shows 3 rows of 7 seats across.

Is it possible that they are actually flying the lie-flat configuration some of the time?
