Hi all, I wonder if anyone might be able to help me please. I was supposed to fly on BA793 from Gothenburg to London Heathrow on 23 October but the flight was delayed several hours before they cancelled it and we were only rebooked to a flight 22 hours later. BA claims it was weather related and won't compensate according to EU regulations, but all other flights departed on time the entire evening (except a Ryanair flight to Stanstead that was also delayed but at least departure the same night) and I think it is rather that their staff were not allowed to fly as the incoming flight was already late.

May I please ask if anyone knows of a way to proof that no other flights were delayed that evening, and/or are you able to see any arguments I can use to proof my case please?
