The positive spin being put out by the usual social media suspects is interesting - perhaps shows how this has been marketed by BA to them and that they want to keep their free press trips going (T7 closure, first flights etc).

For most semi-regular Frequent Flyers without a doubt a blow and yet another devaluation being done without any notice, noting this is the second time this has taken place I don’t understand why that isn’t being picked up. I don’t consider 20,000 Avios a small increase and I’m sure most day to day customers won’t either..
