I'm stumped on what to do. I flew DFW-ATL-OGG last week on an X fare in main cabin. I was upgraded to Comfort Plus on the DFW-ATL leg. I purchased the fare with a few e credits. But it was a purchased fare in main cabin and not in basic. Any idea what happened here and why this was tagged as ineligible to earn miles? I'm out nearly 5000 MQMs. Also, it's super strange but the Nov. 30 flight apparently posted on October 25, 2022 (look under DL1647: DFW-ATL)
