It runs from 1/9 to 1/12 with sponsors, vendors, and presenters arriving a day early and living a day late. Similar to heading to Chicago the week after Thanksgiving when RSNA is in town. Prices for air fare gets jacket out of site. It is not a huge meeting but a bunch of high rollers to be sure.
