Did the flight number change as part of that 2 minute schedule change? If so the ticket needed to be reissued for the new flight since it wasn't on 006 stock. Else if the schedule change was confirmed (by LATAM or NCL), but the ticket not reissued in a timely manner, very likely DL's system autocancelled the segments due to being non-ticketed. DL should be able to see in the history of the PNR when the segments were cancelled and by whom.
Regardless, unless you are given a DL PNR that pulls up on DL website with the flights you expect, it is highly unlikely a reservation exists for you on those flights (even if, separately, a ticket is issued for them). You need both a reservation and a ticket to travel and you should push the travel agency to provide you with a PNR that DL confirms either over the phone or through their website as you having space properly reserved for their flights.
