Depending on what you want to eat, the Petit Colon Cafe is close to the Colon Theater... but if you have 4 hours, you may be able to get a nice meal very close AEP right after you land (e.g. Happening Costanera) and then go to EZE.... it all depends on what exactly you want to do and what your priorities are.
