Coverage and data service in Argentina is hit & miss.... so be prepared to be patient at times. All the large carriers have reciprocal agreements so IMHO all will end up providing the best service... but I will also say that in the NW, legacy Movistar was usually favoured over Personal. I would not choose Claro... but maybe other regulars on these boards can also provide feedback.
