If it gives you hope, I found a couple in January for points slightly above what I paid in 2018 to travel. On swiss air even for some options, which is great but I don't have much interest in a Zurich layover, funny enough I didn't last time I went through Zürich.
Though thinking about it, might be worthwhile booking that Swiss run as the to, and a different airline back as two one ways. Will have to check what the individual cost of the two one ways is.
Alternatively you can pay someone to do this for you. 100 to 200 a head quickly is expended doom clicking and attempting to plan. Frankly I probably spent more to that in time recently as well.
Do you have a referral for paid service to secure reward ticket? I myself are debating whether it's worth while to pay then me searching every day (don't have access to cow tool yet). I checked online, most of them charge much more than 100-200pp for business cabin.
