Both of those lines are likely to be packed at that time. The Oedo line cars are a a bit narrower than some other lines due to the width of the tracks/tunnel. If you don't have any checked bags you could squeeze on but if you've got a large checked bag it's going to be an adventure.

Personally I would just take the limo bus and relax on the ride to the hotel but if you're dead set against that then I would take Keikyu to Daimon and transfer to Oedo to Tochomae.
