AMEX Reserve Companion Cert: W class requires L/U/T/X/V availability
After struggling to use my Reserve companion cert to book W-class tickets, I called Delta and was informed that the certificate could only be used for W class IF L/U/T/X/V class was also available. This was news to me and thought I would share it here.
