What was good and what was bad? One night last week, and another night this week, were my first and second stay as IC Ambassador and IHG Diamond. Both times upgraded - to the very same room! Top floor, with large balcony. First time I got breakfast added without really knowing why (not very attuned to IHG or IC perks yet). This time I was asked whether I wanted, as my welcome amenity, points, drinks or breakfast - so breakfast again.

Excellent service on the front desk, good bar service, excellent (probably the best) hotel burger I have had. Excellent breakfast spread and attentive staff. Great location, direct metro line from the airport and only a few metres from the nearest station. Short walk to nearby sights and easy for the metro. Some work ongoing outside the hotel but seems to be progressing well and likely too finished soon. Only issue is slightly restricted pedestrian access to the main entrance but no noise outside normal working hours.
