I think the former BMED (KJ) before becoming part of BD had the appropriate configuration for the midhaul routes with the G-MEDx aircraft. Before BD installed the lie flats, KJ had the old Club World cradle seats. For KJ, it wasn't a subfleet, it was their fleet. But then again, BMED were losing money...
