Will my flight be on Level or Iberia? Will it be a real business class?

Hello fellow FTers,

I'm flying business on TLV-MAD (IB3317) later this month and back (IB3316) early next month. Part of why I booked these flights is what appeared to be a great business product, with lie flat seats and every seat with access to the aisle. The seat map on Iberia's website and ExpertFlyer indicates that this is the case.

However, the confirmation email I received states, for both flights, that:

This flight is operated on an aircraft configured for the Level brand. The premium cabin is equivalent to Business class on short and medium haul aircrafts, with three rows, seven seats per row and a total of 21 seats available. These seats have a recline of 18 cm, the seat width is 44-47 cm and the seat pitch is 93 cm. In all cabins, inflight entertainment and the catering service per class is available.
This has me concerned. The last time I flew MAD-TLV, it was on Level and as you know, it's basically coach seating in business.

Again, the seat map shows 5 rows, some with 4 seats each, in contrast to what is written above.

Separately, I only realized after the fact that I purchased an Optima fare. Does this mean I cannot select seats until 24 hours before the flight? If I'm willing to pay, can I? Is it risky to do so if they end up swapping out the aircraft for a Level one?

Thanks in advance
