The best theme park for kids under 6 is Legoland - cheap with plenty of rides for small kids.

MVC properties have no perks for elites except for the welcome points. However, you get elite night and points, and more importantly, they have great pools and children friendly activities, they also have big 2 bedrooms villas so there's plenty of space for everyone. There are full size kitchens with proper dining tables so you can make food for the kids and keep ice cream cold.
