Joined Rewards for Thoughts about 18 months ago, did a dozen surveys last year when I wasn’t flying much due to COVID. One survey in February this year to keep my Avios alive. Would like to top off with ~40 Avios, thought I would do a survey or 2. NOT.
For the past month, ~ 6-8 attempts, login, click on a survey get “An unexpected error occurred! We apologise for the inconvenience. Please try again later.”
Tried to sign-up with a different email address (and USA zip code), either get directed to non-existent webpage or if working webpage fill in information and get “Postal code does not exist”.
No problems with the other programs administered by Dynata Global UK (Research Now Limited, Research Now Group) for AA, UA, Hilton, Alaska Air and Hawaiian Air.
Sent a website “Help” request, in the past they were evry helpful reestablishing access to one of the other programs, got the standard email reply below WITHOUT the link they referred to. Sent an email reply, received the exact same email. Sent another reply requesting personalized reply, received bupkis.
Is it basically down for everyone?
