Onboard I have not noticed a difference (on Acela, at least, conductors and F attendants can see that info on their phones); all F passengers are treated the same. But the SE phone agents seem to be more amenable to changes/exceptions as an SE vs when I was S+. The difference is mostly in points earning and additional upgrade certs for SE.

Companies keep the numbers of their elites a closely-guarded secret. I doubt you'll get anything other than pure speculation.
