Wow - this is great news. Had been saving Cap1 reward $$ for many years with a slim hope this might become reality! Not sure if it will work from Consumer Cashback -> Spark Biz Miles but I will try it.

Alas my account does not show the Convert Rewards button, only option to transfer between cash-back accounts.

Will have to inquire.
