This is a solid choice for Marriott elites in Nuremberg for the Christmas festivities. Don't expect much of a room upgrade with even the 38m2 executive rooms looking tired. The highlight here, other than the fantastic location steps away from the train station, is the evening dinner (not just happy hour) with a very generous 6-9pm free flow wine/beer. After the hot entrees served with unlimited canapes, I was too full to even look at a Lebkuchen. Platinums also get a free breakfast with a delicious selection and self-served sparkling wine.

I loved the free access (evil stares at the Westin Leipzig) to the rooftop pool area with a co-ed steam room and sauna. Perfect way to warm up after a chilling evening at the Christmas markets.
