Yep, I was expecting that this week with my Mexican Puerto Vallarta Sunscape stay and never got one either... but I honestly don't know if this property/brand does upgrades? I sure need a new room though, honestly, a new hotel. Hopefully I'll get that Sydney upgrade in the app and not have to do any fighting
