Tried searching but no luck. Traveling with a 2 and 3 year old in January 2023. Wife and I are both Fast Past approved via Visit Japan Web (Screen showing Blue). Since kids under 6 don't need to test if they are traveling with vaccinated parents, what should I select for "Test result certificate for test taken less than 72 hours before departure" for the two toddlers? Do I select register and then select No for not submitting a test result or do I need to do a PCR test for the toddlers less than 72 hours before flight and upload those results? Thanks in advance.
