Yeah, on a quick scan, I didn't see any sign that higher-priced JAL awards are available now (or any business availability at all ex-HNL, sigh). But I don't remember seeing JAL awards listed as "starting at" before, and the award charts are clear in listing most carriers and awards at fixed prices and others as "starting at."
