I used Asia Miles to book a JAL award (in J). I was able to use the confirmation # CP gave me to select seats on JAL website shortly after booking, however I can no longer manage the booking on JAL website and it says my flight has changed. However when I go through the cash booking process nothing about the flights appear to have changed. Flight are 2/20/23. Is this a recent error with the JAL website? It appears to be difficult to get through to Cathay Pacific to find out if anything actually changed about the flight. Edit: Found out the second leg changed by 10 minutes. JAL blocks view until I accept the change through CP.. which requires a phone call to CP and then a transfer to the award desk..
JAL website throws up this message now:
