It depends.. But the cancel has come in AFTER confirmed a few times. If it gets fully confirmed, they activate the digital locker so you can get gift card numbers... Only was able to do for 1 of my cards, so I was unable to buy a Surface from MS and settled for a 1 in 1 from Dell. Lets see what the new year holds around getting XBOX gift cards to go thru...
