I had a point stay (not points and cash) in NYC in October and paid $3.91 which was the difference between the $18 daily F&B credit and a light breakfast I had. I received 39 base points + 39 points Diamond elite bonus + 39 points 2022 double your stay + 1,000 points Diamond Mystay bonus + 2,000 points Double your stay bonus. The stay counted towards qualifying nights as well.
