If you are travelling on the KLM fight you refer to, and have ST status and/or are travelling in BIZ (WBC), then you can use the Aspire Lounge in terminal D.

WestJet has their Elevation lounge (concourse B) free for their own status passengers -- domestic or international. Also free to some card holders and some Delta members. Paid entry is available to other passengers. Note in particular that if you are travelling on WestJet as an AF or KLM code-share, then neither your ST status nor your KLM or AF BIZ ticket on a WS code share flight will give you free entry to this lounge. A pain if you are connecting off the KLM flight to another Canadian destination.

There is also the Air Canada Maple Leaf lounge and an Aspire Transborder lounge-- but they are probably not relevant to an ST forum!
Thanks for the update guys. You are more than welcome to update the wiki
