You don’t have to be located on the same floor as a lounge to receive access. Just look at the GH NYC or Hyatt Grand Central as it’s called now.
Neither all of the club rooms or suites which do afford club access are on that floor. Access is simply coded to your card or phone.
It may be so for some properties, but certainly not universal and most likely not outside the US.
That is correct. Many properties do have a “Club Floor” but many don’t.
Personally I haven’t stayed at a single property where lounge access is connected with a suite though and I don’t recall ever seeing that in the suite description, though this could of course be a US thing.
As others have said it’s somewhat common in Asia and possibly other regions. If someone is interested in finding our for sure ask ahead that way you’re not disappointed upon arrival if it isn’t connected to the suite booking.
