I am not sure I understand fully the question. If you have booked a long haul itinerary that includes a First class seat both ways in the long haul segment, you have access to the First class lounge and services in Paris both ways, if your time in Paris is a layover e.g. < 24h (not sure if it is a stopover > 24h).
There is no First class on medium-haul flights.
