As another pointed out other regions may have different policies and would also vary by property. The best advice is to check any prospective properties in the suite description and/or contact the hotel directly to see if booking a suite confers Lounge or Breakfast Access.
If you know any Globalists they could book a Guest of Honor and you’d likely get a suite upgrade (assuming it’s available completely dependent on dates, if your prospective dates are stoically busier then ignore this) along with lounge and/or breakfast access.
Right!
I am not certain as I never put these two together, but the vast vast majority (maybe even -all-) of the hotels I have stayed out with lounges had the vast majority of their suites on non-lounge access floors. In fact, I don't think I have ever gotten a suite upgrade (complementary or with an instrument) that was on a 'club lounge' floor. And if you aren't on a club lounge floor and aren't a globalist, I don't see how you would automatically be given lounge access just because you are in a suite somewhere else on the property. I stayed at HR Minneapolis, HR Tulsa, HR Miami (back when I think they had a club?), in suites/pre globalist and they never gave me club access (granted, that was all several years ago).
